Norton Field

The Norton flying field is located on San Bernardino International Airport which was historically known as Norton Air Force Base. The paved runway is 490 feet long and can support about 15 fliers in the pit area at a time.

Flying Restrictions

The flying rules for the Norton field that have been a part of our contract with the airport include a wingspan limit of 81 inches and an engine size of 2.80 cu in.  An altitude limit of 400 feet is strictly enforced. If you have any questions about this contact Paul Smith.
