The PVMAC is proud to announce that we will be bringing back an event that has been on haitus for the last couple years. The Wings Over Prado, (Formerly Wings Over Chino), is a scale RC aircraft fly-in that willl be held on Friday April 24th through Sunday April 26th 2015 and features all scale warbirds, scale civilian, scale edf Jets, and Sport Scale Aircraft
Landing fee is just $30 which includes an Event Ballcap. The event is an AMA Sanctioned Event so current AMA membership is required. Our snack bar will be open for breakfast and lunch serving up good tasting hot food, and ice cold drinks. A Saturday night banquet will be held at the field and will be an Italian dinner which includes a salad and soft drinks.
We will be providing a manned central charging station with power for up to 16 chargers, each with 12v/16 Amps of output. Vendors will also be onsite showing the latest and greatest electric RC products.
Awards will be presented for Best Detailed ARF, Military, Civilian, EDF jet, Biplane, Multi engine, Peoples choice and Presidents award.
Overnight on-site Dry Camping is available for a $10/Day fee, or you may try to reserve a Full Hookup camping spot at Prado Regional Park, which is less than 2 miles away or reserve one of the Hotels are nearby.
