The PVMAC BIG JOLT IS BACK!!! After an extended haitus , the PVMAC decided to bring back the popular Big Jolt electric flying event as an EDF Jet Fun Fly.  Big jolt 2 will be held on Friday June 2nd and Saturday June 3rd. 

The BIG Jolt event is open to all EDF (Electric Ducted Fan) Jet Aircraft.   The Pilot registration fee is $30.00 and includes the pilot raffle, coffee and donuts, and a pilot Lunch on Saturday, June 3. Public admission is FREE, so bring your lawn chairs, and don't miss the action. This is an AMA sanctioned event and a current AMA membership is required and the 400' ceiling  will be strictly enforced. 

We will be holding a Top Speed contest measured by a proper radar gun. There will also be a fun runway slalom race which will have prizes for the winners. This is a fun event for anyone of all skill levels to participate in.   Finally, There will be a noon time speed demonstration performed by Gary Gioia of EffluxRC

Friday will be open general flying from 8am-3pm with registration open from 8am-10am. Saturday June 3 is the the main Big Jolt EDF event, from 9am -3pm, with regirstion open from 7:30am-8:30am.
