Reminder....Board Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month. General Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month. Door prizes are given out at the General Meeting as well as a 50/50 drawing. Hope to see you outhere!....Reminder....Aircraft are not allowed to fly above 400 feet (FAA regulation). Descend immediately when full-scale aircraft are flying in the area.

Warbird Rally, May 20th 2006, at PVMAC's Norton Field

Here are some images that were taken at the MARK's Club Annual Warbird Rally. We had a lot of fun, there were 12 registered pilots, about 25 registered birds, about 40 or so planes on display. We had a lot of spectators, lots of people. Many PVMAC club members came out to compete, and win prizes. Paul Smith was the big winner, he came away with a G3 Computer Simulator, a new Futaba Tee shirt, CA glue and more. Terry Jorgenson got a P47 Warbird ARF kit, a scale pilot, CA glue and more. Prizes were given away to the registered pilots only. It was a fun day, you didn't have to fly, you could at any time, they all adhered to our field rules.
We had no accidents or mishaps.
