ByPaul LeeMay 7, 2025The Prado field is approximately 800′ long x 50′ wide with enough asphalt pit area to support 30 canopies. Prado Park is part of the Prado Flood Control Basin and is located 5 miles northwest of Corona and 3 miles southwest of Chino. Additionally, picnic facilities as well as 2 portable restrooms and trash receptacles are available at the site. The field is leased from the San Bernardino County Parks and Recreation Department. The field is operated under the AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) guidelines and the 400′ altitude limit is strictly enforced.
