DESCRIPTION:Join Northrop Grumman Collaboration Project (NGCP) for our annual Demo Day at Prado Airpark! \n\n\n\nThis event is the culmination of a year-long joint technology demonstration between Cal Poly Pomona and Cal Poly SLO. Watch as nearly 200 students showcase their classroom knowledge through a sophisticated\, autonomous disaster response system. \n\n\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n\n\n\nLive Demonstrations: See our fleet in action\, including two Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and one Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV).\n\n\n\nMission Control: Explore the Ground Control Station that manages the autonomous fleet.\n\n\n\nFull Rescue Simulation: Weather and conditions permitting\, the teams will perform a coordinated\, simulated rescue mission.\n\n\n\n\nCome support the next generation of engineers and project leaders as they bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. \n\n\n\nNOTE: The field will be open for normal flying until 10:30am.
