About The Club

The Pomona Valley Model Airplane Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the hobby of RC aviation through public outreach and community engagement. The club offers a welcoming environment for enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, providing access to flying fields, training sessions, and educational workshops. They organize events such as air shows, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences for the public to foster interest in aeronautics and engineering. Additionally, the club partners with local schools and youth organizations to introduce young people to the principles of flight, aiming to inspire the next generation of pilots and aerospace professionals. The club is committed to safety, responsible flying, and fostering a sense of community among members and the broader public.
